The beauty of Easter lies not only in its promise of renewal but also in its reminder to expect the unexpected. Our Master Teacher could have resisted the cross, but he chose to face it and go beyond. In other words, it is the crucifixion that leads to the power of the resurrection!
And just as the disciples were awestruck by the resurrection of Jesus, the deeper meaning for us is that we, too, can encounter moments of Divine intervention from the depths of despair.
So, as we dye eggs and nibble on chocolate bunnies, let’s remember to embrace the timeless wisdom of Easter—that we can rise above our darkest moments with courage and faith. Join Rev.
