"The Art of Release: Falling into Freedom,
Making Space for Spirit"
Nancy Little, PhD, LPC, LUT
Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook
What “weights” are you carrying that need to be released — Guilt? Unforgiveness? Negativity? Blame? Putting yourself last? Minimizing your needs?
If any of the above resonate with you, come to engage with Dr. Nancy Little’s powerful, peace-filled message about the sacred practice of releasing what no longer serves — so Spirit can move freely in your lives.
Dr. Nancy’s lesson will include a sacred exploration of Unity’s spiritual power of Elimination—the grace-filled practice of conscious release. Through inspired storytelling, affirmations, and a symbolic ritual, Dr. Nancy will guide us in the art of letting go so we can live more freely, deeply, and spiritually connected.

"Release and Rise"
Dr. Tracy Brown, RScP
Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook
When we feel called to release something familiar, it’s rarely easy. Yet spiritual growth requires courage—the courage to eliminate what is comfortable but no longer serves our unfolding good. This Sunday, we explore the Power of Elimination as a deep acknowledgment that what we release makes space for what Spirit delivers next. In this way it becomes an act of gratitude beyond comfort. By letting go with gratitude, we rise into peace, into clarity, and into a Higher experience of our Divine nature. And remember, as each of us rises, the collective consciousness of humanity is lifted as well. Dr. Tracy Brown will invite us to commit together to release what is comfortable and rise into our next best self.

Announcement
With deep love and great sadness, we report that our beloved Nancy May made her transition very suddenly on Sunday, November 9, 2025, after church services. Nancy was dear to all and a force of nature wherever she went. While we grieve her passing, we have such gratitude for the role she played in our lives and in the life of Unity of Arlington. Her memory will be a continual blessing, and she will be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Nancy on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 3:00pm at Theatre Arlington. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations as a memorial to Nancy to the following: Arlington Animal Services, Theatre Arlington, and Unity of Arlington. Donations to Unity of Arlington in honor of Nancy should be earmarked for “Food Bank”.

Child Care and Youth Circle
Thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers and support from a local school counselor, we’re able to offer a safe, nurturing space where children and teens can engage in age-appropriate activities, connect with peers, and feel part of a warm, accepting community.
We would love to see your children and are excited to welcome more young minds into our loving and inclusive circle.
