“Wherever I Am: Lessons from the Prayer for Protection”
Rev. Rebecca Rickey
11am, Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook
There is no wrong way to pray. There are many ways to turn to God, to your higher power, and to feel that special connection and knowing that can only come through prayer. We probably all have a prayer or two committed to memory either from our childhoods, from church, or even a twelve-step group. We are so blessed in Unity that the powerful “Prayer for Protection”, that is said in most Unity churches every week, was created and shared by James Dillet Freeman, a foremost Unity Minister, lecturer, poet, and author. Join us on Sunday as we learn more about the “prayer” that reminds us, “Wherever we are, God is!”

“Nurturing the Future: The Mother in Us All”
Rev. Rebecca Rickey
11am, Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook
We hold a special place of love and honor for Mothers, Moms, Grand and Great Grandmothers on this Sunday. Mother’s Day is also an invitation to look beyond biology and celebrate the divine quality of mothering present in every soul. This talk explores the sacred energy of nurturing as an expression of Love itself, patient, creative, life-giving, and endlessly compassionate. We recognize that the “mother” is not limited to a role or gender, but is a spiritual capacity within each of us expressing as the ability to care, to encourage growth, to hold vision for what is yet to be, and to bring forth new life in our thoughts, relationships, and communities. Join us for this celebration of love.

We would love to see your children and are excited to welcome more young minds into our loving and inclusive circle.
